How to Delete your Account
We value your privacy and give you the option to delete your account at any time. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Request Account Deletion:
- To begin the deletion process, open the Playacool app and make sure you are logged in.
- In the main dashboard screen, click on the menu button (☰) at the upper right corner of the screen. This will show the Menu popup widget. (Refer to Figure 1)
- Click on the Delete Account button just below the Logout button. You will be redirected to the Delete Account confirmation prompt. (Refer to Figure 2)
- A popup message will appear with the title “Please Don’t Leave Us!”. If you wish to proceed, just click Ok.(Refer to Figure 3)
- Verify Your Request:
- For security purposes, we will send a delete token to the email address associated with your account. Please check your registered email inbox for the delete token.(Refer to Figure 4)
- Once you receive the delete token, enter it into the designated input field in the Delete Account confirmation prompt within the app.(Refer to Figure 5)
- Confirm Deletion:
- After entering the delete token, click the Submit button to confirm the deletion of your account.
- A confirmation prompt will appear titled “Was it something we said?”. If you wish to proceed with the deletion of your account, just click on Yes button.(Refer to Figure 6)
- Afterwards, a prompt message will appear confirming successful deletion of your account.(Refer to Figure 7)
- Account Deletion and Data Removal:
- Upon confirmation, your account will be deleted from our system. This means that we will remove all personal information collected during the registration and usage of your account, including but not limited to:
- Your login credentials and profile details.
- Any data related to interactions with the app (excluding financial data).
- Important Note: Information related to financial payments made to your account, such as transaction records or billing history, may be retained for legal or financial auditing purposes, as required by law or regulation.
- Upon confirmation, your account will be deleted from our system. This means that we will remove all personal information collected during the registration and usage of your account, including but not limited to:
- Finality of Deletion:

- Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Make sure you have backed up any data or content you wish to retain before initiating the deletion process.
